Shershaah: Karan Johar Pens A Heartfelt Note As He Thanks Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani And Team For Film's Success
Karan Johar is overwhelmed with the success of Shershaah. He took to Instagram to thank everyone who was a part of the film.
Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer Shershaah released a couple of days ago and it has since been receiving great response from the audiences and critics alike. Shershaah is based on the life of Captain Vikram Batra, who sacrificed his life for the country during the Kargil War in 1999. Sidharth, who plays the role of Captain Vikram Batra, impressed the audience with his stellar act in the movie. Kiara Advani, who plays Dimple in the film, as always, gave her best. The supporting actors, too, impressed and won hearts with their performance. Karan Johar who co-produced the film took to Instagram and thanked each actor, crew members and everyone who were a part of the film.
Sharing pictures of Sidharth and Kiara from the film, he wrote in the caption, "Behind every film, there is always an "army" of people that make it possible for it to translate from paper to the screens. Starting with our main man @sidmalhotra, who recreated the character of a legend like no one could. I'm so proud of you Sid!"
He added, "Our gorgeous dimple @kiaraaliaadvani who played the strongest pillar of strength, making the nation cry without any words. Vishnu Varadhan, the captain of this ship who steered us to exemplary performances with each frame. @isandeepshrivastava, the one who brought the story to life once again with his spectacular writing."
