Veteran actress Neena Gupta is known to show no inhibitions when it comes to addressing rumours about her. She has proudly talked about her struggles and experiences at talk shows. After cementing herself as one of the most versatile actresses in the industry, she broke the stereotypes once again when she openly asked for work on social media. Back in 2020, the actress had arrived on the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show to promote her movie Panga.
During the chat, Kapil had asked about the rumours of replacing Pamela Anderson in US’ hit television show Baywatch. For the unversed, the show focuses on the lives and challenges face by a team lifeguards on a crowded beach. Responding to the comedian’s question she had said that she doesn’t have big boobs that are required for the show. Her response left everyone splits. When Kapil asked her to give a more ‘veg’ response, she told him to ask her ‘veg’ questions. She further defended herself by saying that no question about Anderson can be ‘veg’. For the unversed, after being out of work and not getting any roles in 2017, Neena Gupta had taken to her official Instagram handle to ask for a job. Sharing her short bio-data, she had written, “I live in Mumbai and working am a good actor looking for good parts to play.” After the post, she was seen in many commendable movies that had gone on to be hits. Her recent movies are being loved by the audience.
