Shraddha-Sushant dazzle at Manish Malhotra’s show for Lakme Fashion Week


 
We’ve been bringing you all the action from the on-going Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2016. After Arjun Kapoor strutted on the ramp for designer Sahil Aneja (Arjun Kapoor turns showstopper at Lakme Fashion Week, Aug 24), Day 2 of the high-fashion event had ace designer Manish Malhotra showcasing his latest collection. And his muses for the evening – Shraddha Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput.

Shraddha looked regal in her black ensemble and sleek hair. While the Half Girlfriend actress is no stranger to the runway, it was a big moment for Sushant as the Kai Po Che actor made his debut on the ramp. The 50-year-old designer presented his collection at India’s first ever virtual-reality fashion show.
 
And considering it’s Manish’s show, it goes without saying that Bollywood ladies turned up in strong numbers to cheer for their favourite designer – and yes, in his creations, no less. Shilpa Shetty looked radiant in a cream ensemble that she accessorised with a statement choker. Giving her muted looks a miss, Dia Mirza upped the ante in a red creation by Manish. Bhumi Pednekar attended the show in an asymmetrical dress with floral motifs. Others present at the show included Sushmita Sen, Neha Dhupia, Neeti Mohan and Sophie Choudry.
