Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt debuted together in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s teen film 'Student of the Year'. The duo was also rumoured to be dating each other, however, they had never confirmed their relationship in public. In a recent interview, Sidharth opened up about his last relationship and revealed what he learned from his past relationship.

The Shershaah actor mentioned that he learned never to gift a pet. On being quizzed about the same, Malhotra said, “I think I learned from my last relationship-- don't gift pets.” Furthermore, he was asked about one thing he wants to steal from Alia. Replying to this, the handsome actor stated, “The cat- Edward.” During his appearance on Karan Johar’s chat show 'Koffee with Karan', the Ek Villain actor talked about Alia, who is now married to Ranbir Kapoor, and asserted that their breakup was not 'bitter it was civil'.
