Sonakshi Sinha looks fiery as Akira
Sonakshi Sinha has revealed the poster of her upcoming film, Akira. A few weeks ago, the actress had shared a teaser of her character in the A.R. Murugadoss film, which will be her first release this year. Coming back to the poster, it gives a sneak peek into the characters of Konkona Sen Sharma and Anurag Kashyap.

A few weeks ago, the actress had shared a teaser of her character in the A.R. Murugadoss film, which will be her first release this year (Sonakshi Sinha reveals the first poster of Akira, Jun 20).
Coming back to the poster, it gives a sneak peek into the characters of Konkona Sen Sharma and Anurag Kashyap.

Akira is the first film where Sonakshi will be sharing screenspace with her father Shatrughan Sinha.
The movie is a remake of the Tamil flick, Mouna Guru (2011). This will be Murugadoss' third directorial in Bollywood after Ghajini (2008) and Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty (2014).
Starring Amit Sadh opposite Sonakshi, Akira hits theatres September 2.
