Sonali Bendre Celebrates 'Book Lovers Day' In New York, View Pic

Sonali Bendre has been showing immense courage and strength since she has been diagnosed with advanced cancer. The actress has been staying strong through the course of the treatment and whenever possible is sharing an update for her fans and well wishers. She took to Instagram a little while ago to share a beautiful picture of her reading a novel in a book store in New York.
With a bandana and a hat over her head, Sonali looks so calm and composed. She captioned the pic as: "Happy Book Lovers Day! (sic)."

Sonali has been getting a lot of love from her fans, but it's her family and close friends who are standing strong by her side throughout. On Friendship Day, she posted a picture with her friends Sussanne Khan and Gayatri Oberoi who had taken a flight to New York to be by her side.
On July 4, Sonali broke the unfortunate news that she is battling high-grade cancer. Days later, she shared her first pictures from New York sporting a new hair cut. On July 20, the actress uploaded an emotional post where she told well-wishers about how she broke the news of the dreaded C to her son.
SpotboyE.com asked Sonali’s sister-in-law, Shrishti Arya, about how is she was doing and we were told that the actress is staying strong. It requires great courage to stay strong in such adversity of health. But Sonali has been a classic case in point of a true fighter.
A few days ago, Goldie Behl replied to our text message saying “she is stable and following her treatment without complications.”
