While he has played several negative roles in his films, his charitable work made him a real-life national hero. Sonu Sood loves interacting with his fans on social media, and recently responded to one fan who worshipped him at his home temple.
One of Sonu Sood’s fans took to Twitter and shared a video of him worshipping Sonu Sood. The video shows the fan praying as Sonu Sood’s framed photo was placed with photos of other Gods at the home temple. The actor shared the video and responded to it, saying that his place is in people’s hearts, and not with Gods. He wrote, “Meri jagah yahaan nahi… Sirf aapke dilon mein honi chahiye (My place is not here… I should have a place in your hearts.”
Sonu Sood’s humble reply has left Netizens in awe. While one fan wrote, “Sir sbke dilo m toh aap hmesha hi rhte ho aur rehte rhoge..... A grand grand SALUTE ..,” another social media user commented, “You are already ruling our hearts Sir ji - No words to express how much you inspire.”
