Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryanshi is going on full swing. At one side Akshay Kumar is pumping our excitement level by posting some action-packed stills while on the other hand, Rohit Shetty is all set to make his star cast a bigger and better one. Speaking of which, the recent ones to join the ensemble star cast is Bollywood's 'Bad Man' Gulshan Grover.

Now, we will see the good obedient cop Akshay Kumar fighting with the badass villain Gulshan Grover. A picture of the same was also shared on Instagram that instantly went viral. Take a look at the picture:


While talking about Sikandar Kher's role to E Times, "I am not at liberty to reveal anything about my role except that it’s a fun character. Right now, I am just enjoying this schedule with my co-stars and Rohit. This is a big project for me and I value the fact that I was considered for it."

Recently, Khiladi Kumar treated us with some 'in action' pictures and we are more than sure that Sooryavanshi will be loaded with some high-octane action scenes. In the recent on-the set picture that was shared by Akshay on his Instagram handle, Akshay is seen 'casually hanging off' a chopper with the director Rohit Shetty riding a bike beside him. He captions it, "Casually hanging, off a helicopter...just another day on the sets of #Sooryavanshi  P.S. Do NOT try this on your own, all stunts are performed under expert supervision 🏻"





Talking about the film, Akshay Kumar will essay the role of DCP Veer Sooryavanshi and chief of the anti-terrorism squad in the film. While Katrina Kaif will play Akshay's wife. The film is also produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions along with several others. The film is a part of Shetty’s cop universe that includes Ranveer Singh's Simmba and Ajay Devgn's Singham, who will also make a cameo in the film.
