Sooryavanshi On Netflix: Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif Starrer Will Stream On The OTT Platform From The First Week Of December
After the theatrical release, Sooryavanshi, Soon To Stream On OTT Giant, Netflix- More Deets Inside
Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif starrer cop drama, Sooryavanshi, proved to be a Diwali dhamaka. Helmed by Rohit Shetty, this flick is the third film in the cop series following, Singham & Singham Returns and Simmba. Sooryavanshi that hit the screens on November 5, 2021, as reported in India Today will be very soon streamed on the OTT giant, Netflix. The movie will begin to stream on Netflix from the first week of December. However, as reported in India Today, the makers are yet to make it official.
Released in 3500 screens in the country and 1300 screens overseas, it is inching closer to the 100-crore mark soon. As reported the OTT platform and makers of the movie have signed a deal helping them mint a big moolah. On the movie garnering success on its opening, Akshay Kumar posted a goofy video in order to thank the fans. In the caption, he wrote, “Pardon the goofy gig am overjoyed! Thank you SO much for embracing cinemas back in your lives. The super response is not just for Team #Sooryavanshi, it is a mark of faith that’ll bring joy and prosperity back in our film industry. We are nothing without you. Sheer gratitude (sic).”
Sooryavanshi which was scheduled to release in Summer 2020 was pushed ahead and kept on hold due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Sooryavanshi produced by Reliance Entertainment and Rohit Shetty Picturez in collaboration with Dharma Productions and Cape of Good Films, proved to be a huge hit at the box office.
