Today, on the occasion of Sridevi’s 58th birth anniversary, social media has been abuzz with heartfelt wishes pouring in from every corner. Right from her ardent fans, family members to B-Town, everyone is remembering India’s first female superstar. Janhvi Kapoor, who never misses an opportunity to profess love for her mom, wished the late actress in the sweetest way possible. The Dhadak actress shared a rare old throwback photo of her with Sridevi alongside a sweet note.

Taking to Instagram, Janhvi posted a picture wherein Sridevi is seen holding little Janhvi as they both smile at the camera. Alongside it, she wrote, “Happy birthday Mumma. I miss you. Everything is for you, always, every day. I love you..”

The mother-daughter duo can be seen twinning in white and flaunting their radiant smiles. As soon as Janhvi shared an endearing post, her close ones including Manish Malhotra, Maheep Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Dia Mirza dropped red heart emoticons in the comments section.

Fans also showered wishes on Sridevi and flooded the comments section of the post with their heartfelt wishes. While one asked Janhvi to ‘stay strong’, another commented, “Happy birthday to her.”

Sridevi passed away in Dubai in 2018, while attending a family wedding. Her death was ruled an accidental drowning. The veteran actress died a few months ahead of the release of Jahnvi's debut film Dhadak.
