Suchitra Krishnamoorthi Is Struggling To Order A Bottle Of Wine Via Maha Government Website; Says ‘It Is In The Pits’
Currently, during the lockdown, actress Suchitra Krishnamoorthi is at home with her family trying to make the most of it. In the meantime, Suchitra is also active on social media and recently took to her Twitter handle to point out a few things here and there. As during the lockdown, one needs to apply for a permit for purchasing, possession and consumption of foreign liquor in Maharashtra, the actress criticises the government website that allows you to seek permission and shares how it is in the pits.

On Twitter, replying to a social media user’s tweet that read, “From health to food for migrant Maharashtra is fail,” Suchitra Krishnamoorthi tweeted, “#Mumbai has largest migrant & slum population in d world. Pandemic has been managed in best way possible by #MaharashtraGovt &  kudos for that. Their website http://aaplesarkar.gov.in  is the pits tho. My whole society struggling with it to order 1 bottle of wine each.”

In the tweet, when the user pointed out that how Maharashtra is failing from heath to food for the migrants, Krishnamoorthi mentioned that Mumbai has the largest migrant and slum population in the world and praised the efforts of the Maharashtra Government in managing the pandemic in the best way possible. However, Suchitra went on to share that she is unhappy with the services their website http://aaplesarkar.gov.in  has to offer. While in Maharashtra, as one is required to have a permit to purchase alcohol, the actress shared that her whole society is struggling to order one bottle of wine each through the website, but it seems to not be of any use. Suchitra Krishnamoorthi mentioned that the website is in the pits.


Meanwhile, as Suchitra Krishnamoorthi shares insights on the government alcohol permit website, while at home, the actress is also trying to make the most out of her time with family.
