Sujoy Ghosh's Hilarious Reply To A Fan Criticising His Film Aladin Is Truly EPIC
In 2009, Sujoy Ghosh's Aladin made it to the theatres. His take on the epic folk tale starring Riteish Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez and Amitabh Bachchan was an epic fail. The film failed to do wonders at the box office and did not even receive critical acclaim. Years after the film's release, Sujoy Ghosh has a hilarious response to give to a netizen who took a dig at Aladin. On Twitter, the filmmaker recently commented that he did not understand the film Tenet and a netizen pulled in Aladin.

The filmmaker tweeted, "finally saw tenet. did not understand anything." Over this, a fan commented, "Even I didn't understand Aladin." Sujoy was quick to come up with a funny reply. He wrote that he has the list of all the 31 people who watched his film. He replied, "Lies. i have a list of all the 31 people who saw aladin. your name is not in the list. i’ll add?" Lol. Well, not every filmmaker has guts to pull a dig at his own film's box office failure, hai na?

This reply by Sujoy Ghosh won him some appreciation. "Respect dada. Trolls ko pyaar se kaise handle karna koi aap se seekhe (One should learn how to deal with trolls gracefully from you)," a fan commented. Check out the tweets here:

Sujoy Ghosh's Aladin may not have been a box office hit, he has made many critically acclaimed films like Vidya Balan's Kahaani, Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu's Badla and many more.
