Sunny Leone’s Phone Number From Arjun Patiala Belongs To A Delhi Resident; Harassed By Lewd Messages, Man To Drag Makers To Court
A Delhi resident Puneet Agarwal to drag makers of Arjun Patiala to court for the usage of his existing contact number as Sunny Leone’s number in the movie
Makers of Arjun Patiala might end up in a legal turmoil soon. As per a report in India Today, the phone number used in the movie is a functional contact number of a Delhi resident named Puneet Agarwal. In the movie, the contact number is shown to be Sunny Leone's number but originally, it happens to be Puneet's personal number, and that has left him on the receiving end of verbal abuses and lewd messages. The reason why people believe it is Sunny herself giving the number to Diljit in the movie.
Puneet is flooded with numerous phone calls from random people post the movie’s release. He has so far received around 100 to 150 calls every day. The makers should have either used a non-functional number or one which is merely used for promotional purpose. Now, Puneet who is tortured and harassed due to this, is about to file a complaint against the makers. Sunny Leone plays a cameo in the movie, as she appears in an item number Crazy Habibi vs Decent Munda opposite Diljit.
Arjun Patiala has not being doing well at the box-office since its opening day. It has so far earned only Rs 4.50 crore in its opening weekend. The movie opened with Rs. 1.25 crore, followed by Rs. 1.50 crore on second day and Rs. 1.75 crore on third day, closing the opening weekend on a dismal note. The film released along with Ekta Kapoor’s Judgementall Hai Kya starring Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao.
