Surekha Sikri Health Update: Hospital Authorities Reveal Badhaai Ho Actress Is Not Responding Sufficiently To The Treatment-Reports

Balika Vadhu and Badhaai Ho actress Surekha Sikri was admitted to a Mumbai hospital recently after she suffered a brain stroke. The manager to Surekha Sikri confirmed the news with SpotboyE.com exclusively. The national-award-winning actress is currently to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Criticare Hospital in Juhu. Now, the latest reports state that the Balika Vadhu actress is not responding well to the treatment given to her according to the hospital authorities. As per reports, Surekha Sikri has also been diagnosed with an accumulation of fluid in her lungs.
According to a report on ETimes TV, the hospital authorities mentioned that Surekha Sikri is also diagnosed with an accumulation of fluid in her lungs. As per the report, when the hospital was contacted for an update on Sikri’s health, the authorities shared about the delicate condition of her lungs. The hospital authorities mentioned that a clot has developed due to the stroke which will be removed with the help of medicines. The hospital official said, “The clot (developed due to the stroke) will have to be removed by medicines (thinners). But yes, Surekhaji is also in a bit of a confused state of mind."
As per the report, when the hospital was contacted for another update on Surekha Sikri’s health, the official mentioned that her condition continues to remain the same and said, "She isn't responding sufficiently.” Meanwhile, reportedly, neurologist Dr Ashutosh Shetty attending the 73-years-old actress opened up on her health and said, "Well, the fluid in the lungs will have to be tapped and then sent for analysis."
While Surekha Sikri continues to receive treatment in the hospital after her stroke, this is not the first time the actress suffered a stroke.
