Sushant Singh Rajput And Abhishek Kapoor Are Indeed Teaming Up!

Since last year, rumours of Sushant Singh Rajput teaming up with his mentor Abhishek Kapoor (Gattu) for a film have been doing the rounds. And now, the project might finally be taking shape. A little birdie informs us that the two caught up with each other in Bandra on Thursday night to discuss a film.
Says a source, “The two met in Olive Bar & Kitchen and were overheard discussing a project. They arrived at 11 pm and stayed on till 2 am. It’s only when the staff told them that the place was closing for the day did they leave”
Adds the source, “That’s not all. Since the duo couldn’t complete their conversation, Sushant parked his car in front of Olive and left with Gattu in his car to continue the discussion.”

In 2013, Gattu and Sushant had a fall out of sorts after the actor walked out of the filmmaker’s much-ambitious project, Fitoor. However, Sushant later went on record to say that the project kept getting postponed and in the meanwhile he signed Shekhar Kapur’s Paani and Dibakar Banerjee’s Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!. Consequently, he had to walk out of Fitoor due to clash of dates and Aditya Roy Kapur replaced him.
It was also reported that when Gattu saw the trailer of Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!, he called Sushant up to discuss the possibility of reuniting for another project.
