Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Ankita Lokhande Slams Report Of SSR Paying EMIs Of Her House; Clears The Air With Bank Statement
Slamming the reports of SSR paying any EMI for her 4.5 crore flat, Ankita Lokhande took to social media and posted the picture of the flat registration papers and bank statements that clearly states she owns the flat and has been paying the EMI
In the latest development, a report in India Today stated that Enforcement Directorate (ED), that has been investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s case closely, said that the late actor was paying the EMIs of the Malad flat in Mumbai that he bought when he was in a relationship with Ankita Lokhande. The report further stated that SSR had bought a flat in Malad on his name, but after their breakup, SSR moved out to rent an apartment, while the Pavitra Rishta actress continued to stay in the same house. However, another report said that Ankita and Sushant bought two different flats on their respective names in the same building and also paid for their respective flats.
Now slamming the reports of SSR paying any EMI for her 4.5 crore flat, Ankita Lokhande took to social media and posted the picture of the flat registration paper that clearly states that she owns the flat and has been paying the EMIs all by herself. The other pictures see her highlighting the bank transactions that were made to pay the EMIs of the flat. She posted last 1 years statement to support her side. Clearing the air, Ankita captioned, “Here I cease all the speculations. As transparent as I could be. My Flat's Registration as well as my Bank Statement's (01/01/19 to 01/03/20)highlighting the EMI's being deducted from my account on a monthly basis. There is nothing more I have to say #justiceforssr.”
The actress highlighted all the transactions that were made for her flat from January 1, 2019, to March 1, 2020. Commenting on the picture, SSR’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti extended her support to the actress and wrote, “You are an independent woman and I am proud of you my girl!”
A SquareFeatIndia report had shown that two different flats with the same carpet area of 683 sq ft, flat number 403 belongs to Sushant and 404 belongs to Ankita, and both their names still reflect on the common nameplate area of the building. The report further states that both the flats were registered on May 10, 2013. Sushant and Ankita had paid Rs 6.75 lakh as stamp duty for their respective flats.
