Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Deepika Padukone Reveals Maal And Hash Being Code Words For Cigarette During NCB Drug Probe- REPORTS
Actress Deepika Padukone was grilled by the Narcotics Control Bureau after her name emerged in the drug case as NCB investigated Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Her chats with her manager and employee of Talent Management company, KWAN, Karishma Prakash supposedly asking for the banned substances were out on the internet. After she was grilled by the NCB for more than 5 hours, India Today in their latest reports gave out deets from this interrogation.
 
As per the latest reports in India Today, the actress said during her probe with NCB that Maal and Hash were the code name for Cigarettes, while Hash means a thick cigarette, Maal means a thin cigarette, also her manager Karishma stated the same, during the interrogation. She had also confessed to consuming no drugs during her interrogation.  Deepika Padukone was interrogated by the NCB on September 26, 2020, followed by Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan too been quizzed by the agency for long hours.

After receiving a summon from NCB, the actress who was shooting for Shakun Batra’s untitled film in Goa, flew back to Mumbai a day before her interrogation was scheduled by NCB. On her way back from Goa she was accompanied by her husband Ranveer Singh.

So far all the three actresses are not being called yet again for another round of interrogation confirmed NCB.
