Sushant Singh Rajput's Cousin Sends Legal Notice To Shiv Sena MP Seeking An Apology On His Statement On SSR's Father's Marriage - Reports
After Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case was handed over to CBI, almost every day, we get to hear some shocking and explosive details regarding this case. However, the latest development suggests that Sushant's kin has reportedly sent a legal notice to Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut for his controversial remarks on Sushant's father's marriage seeking an apology on the same. For the unversed, recently, Sanjay Raut, in his weekly column in Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana, wrote that Sushant’s father’s second marriage was unacceptable to the actor. He also claimed that Sushant was not on good terms with his father before his tragic death. Having said that, the Dil Bechara actor's cousin Neeraj Bablu sent a legal notice to Raut, as reported by Zoom Digital.

According to the portal, Neeraj has also confirmed that Raut’s claim about the second marriage was totally fake and also vowed to take legal action against the Shiv Sena MP. Sanjay Raut wrote about Sushant’s relationship with his father saying “His father's second marriage was not acceptable to him (Rajput). Let the facts come out how many times Rajput visited his family in Patna." However, earlier, Sushant's uncle had even dismissed the claims of KK Singh's second marriage and said that their eldest brother Sriram Kishor Singh had married again.

Zoom Digital also carried Raut's quote which read, “How many times did Sushant meet his father.” Raut raised doubts over Sushant’s family’s decision to file an FIR in the case at the Patna police station when the actor died in Mumbai. “The family stepped in only after 40 days after the incident,” he added.
