Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death Case: CBI To Question Siddharth Pithani Again; Will Turn Witness For The Case- Reports
As per reports in Republic, CBI will be once again quizzing SSR’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani, he will record his statement on Tuesday
Followed by the news of CBI planning to put Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case under Section 302 of IPC, now comes news of late actor SSR’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani being once again summoned by the CBI as per reports in Republic. Sidharth would be recording his statement on Tuesday under Section 164 in the capacity of a witness. Reports also include that the CBI will quiz him once again about what all happened a week before the actor died.
A source of Republic also stated that Pithani is currently in Delhi and is ready for the proceedings. Ever since the actor passed away on June 14, Pithani’s presence in Bandra residence where the actor breathed his last, has been under the radar. Also, as per his earlier statements, he had revealed that he forced open the door of SSR’s room, where he was found the actor hanging. Hence, the upcoming round of interrogation will be about what exactly happened. After him, Republic states that producer Sandip Ssingh will also be quizzed.
Pithani in his earlier statement has also mentioned that the late actor fainted when he heard the news of Disha Salian’s death. He revealed that when the actor gained back his conscious mentioned of having fear of being killed and thus asking for protection.
He also revealed that SSR's alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty while leaving from SSR’s Bandra residence carried the late actor’s laptop and other devices which had left the actor worried.
