Sushant Singh Rajput's Family Lawyer QUESTIONS Late Actor's Post Mortem Report; Alleges, 'It Doesn't Mention The Time Of Death'

Sushant Singh Rajput's death case is getting complex with each passing day. In the midst of all this, many have raised questions on the Mumbai police, forensic department and more. Well, this time, yet again, Vikas Singh, the lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s father has alleged that the post mortem report of the late actor does not mention the time of death, which is a crucial allegation. Singh claimed that the reports he has seen, the time of death was not mentioned, as reported by ANI. Reportedly, Rajput’s autopsy was conducted at Dr RN Cooper Municipal General Hospital in Mumbai where it was reported that the actor died of asphyxiation due to hanging.
"The post mortem report that I have seen doesn't mention the time of death which is a crucial detail. Whether he was hanged after being killed or he died by hanging can be cleared with the time of death, "Vikas Singh told ANI. Earlier, the lawyer argued that no one saw Sushant's mortal remains hanging and even though the late actor's sister was 10 mins away, they never called her nor waited for her. The lawyer even questioned why they did not wait for his sister who was nearby.
Apart from questioning this, reports were stating that as per CBI sources, the family of Sushant have suspected murder and have questioned the autopsy report as well.

Meanwhile, as the Enforcement Directorate is taking care of Sushant's financial matters as per KK Singh's FIR report against Rhea Chakraborty that there were financial irregularities in Sushant's bank accounts, the latest report suggested that the Dil Bechara actor paid Rs 62 lakhs to the talent management company that paid Rs 22 lakhs to his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
