Sushant Singh Rajput’s Sister Clarifies They Have NOT Authorized Anyone To Raise Donations In SSR’s Name: ‘Not Fond Of Turning Tragedy Into Profit’
Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister has issued a clarification on Twitter, after the family found out that certain people are taking advantage of the situation for their own gains. She urged them to refrain from doing anything of the sort, and also explained that the family hasn’t authorized anyone to raise donations in SSR’s name. Fans of Sushant Singh Rajput were infuriated that some people were taking advantage of the situation, and they asked Meetu Singh and the family to take strict.

Meetu Singh took to her Twitter account and wrote, “Unfortunately, it has come to our notice that some people are taking advantage of this situation for their own personal benefits which is an unexplainably inhuman act. All these people are required to refrain themselves from doing so.” Further, she tweeted, “We would also like to bring this to everyone’s notice that the family has not authorised anyone to raise donations or funds in the name of SSR and no one has the consent to make anything about or related to SSR, be it a movie, a book or a merchandise.”

In another tweet, she clarified that the family condemns turning someone’s tragedy into profit, and wouldn’t allow that to happen. “The family is not fond of turning a devastating tragedy into a profit and we will not allow anyone to do so. #JusticeForSushantSinghRajput #SSRians #SushantSinghRajput,” she tweeted.

Meanwhile, on May 26, Sushant Singh Rajput's flatmate Siddharth Pithani was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Hyderabad, and he was brought to Mumbai on a transit warrant obtained from a local court.
