Swara Bhasker Video Controversy: Modi Bhakt Shoots Back, “Instead Of Telling Me To Delete The Video At Airport, She Reposted The Tweet”
The man who recorded Swara Bhasker’s “Aayega toh Modi hi” video has been identified as V Ranjha. During his recent interaction with a news portal, the man has slammed the actress for not asking him to delete the video at the airport and instead reposting it on Twitter to gain publicity
Swara Bhasker’s airport video with a Modi Bhakt saying, “Aayega toh Modi hi” has become the talk of the town. A man, who looks like a Modi supporter sneakily, recorded a video with the actress, while pretending to click a selfie. When the video went viral on social media, Swara didn’t take long to strongly condemn his behaviour. Now, the man in the question, who is a musician by profession and named V Ranjha, has hit back at the actress.
Swara was not justified in making a hue and cry about the video which he captured with two of them together in the frame. Talking to Hindustan Times in detail about the incident, Ranjha said, “I wanted to take a snap story, and I asked her, ‘ma’am can I take a snap story with you’. Now, a snap story could either be a video or a photo. It was in that moment that I end up saying ‘Modi Ji Hi Aayenge’, because she criticizes him a lot, and I, on the other hand, don’t agree with her political views. And, to be honest, I just wanted to share it with my few friends and not the world, but my friend Mickey decided to post it on Twitter, which then caught her attention as well, she tweeted about it and it got noticed by people quickly.”
The Modi Bhakt further cleared that he hasn’t tricked her. He said, “But unhone itna faltu mein bola — That I have tricked her and used underhand tactics. I really don’t get this as to why did she say underhand tactics and all,”

The Delhi-based musician also added that Swara didn’t ask him to delete the video then and there. He said, “It was an airport. She could have easily called the police or the security or simply told me to delete it. I don’t understand why she didn’t do that, and instead decided to repost my friend’s tweet.”
Ranjha also said that he likes Swara as an artiste and is a huge fan of her work, “I really like Swara ma’am’s work. I have seen her film Tanu Weds Manu, four times in a theatre. It’s just that her political views do not match with mine. I don’t have any ill intentions or hatred against her,” he adds, “Maybe it is karma that got her,” he concluded.
