Taapsee Pannu Says Even Though BF Mathias Boe Has Watched All Her Movies He Doesn’t Understand The Emotions Behind It
Taapsee Pannu called her mother Nirmaljeet Pannu, a ‘hopeless cheerleader’ as she has loved all her movies but her BF doesn't understand the emotions behind it
After a successful digital outing with Haseen Dillruba, Taapsee Pannu announced launching her production banner, Outsiders Films, thus empowering the ones who don’t have connections in the film fraternity. The actress who has been dating Denmark-based Badminton player Mathias Boe was recently quizzed which are his favourite movies that feature her. In an interaction with Hindustan Times, she shared while he has watched all her movies but he is unable to understand the emotion and dramatic treatment given to it.
Also, during her conversation, she called her mother, Nirmaljeet Pannu a ‘hopeless cheerleader’ as she has loved all her movies. Taapsee Pannu said, “My mom is that hopeless a cheerleader, she loves all my films. As for my boyfriend (Mathias Boe), I don’t think he still understands any of these Hindi films. He has watched all my films, but they are too lengthy for the western world (and him). He does not understand the emotions. He has watched them all but he cannot connect with the emotional, dramatic parts.”
Giving an example of one of her releases, Thappad, she mentioned Mathias was unable to identify with the emotion showcased in the movie. “Like he saw Thappad but could not identify with the emotions as women dominate his part of the world. He can not connect with the emotions that I portray onscreen,” added Taapsee.
When she announced launching her production house, his reply arrested everyone’s attention. Mathias comment read, “I’ll do a movie for free. Hit like if u wanna see me in a Bollywood movie.”
