Since the last few days, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat's remark on women wearing ripped jeans has been causing a stir on social media. Many people, as well as celebrities, objected to his remark, and #RippedJeans was trending on Twitter. Now, Tahira Kashyap, who is married to Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, has taken a dig at the ripped jeans controversy as she posted a stunning throwback picture of herself in a bikini, and Ekta Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar lauded Tahira for her post!
Tahira Kashyap took to her Instagram account and posted a throwback picture of herself from back when she was undergoing treatment for cancer. In the picture, Tahira can be seen sporting a bald head, and a leaf-print white and green colored bikini. Tahira donned black sunglasses as she posed confidently for the camera and she looks absolutely stunning in the snap! The text on her picture read, “Bald, badass, and bikini.” In her caption, she referenced the ripped jeans controversy and wrote, “At least not wearing ripped jeans.” She appears to have taken a dig at Uttarakhand Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat's remark about ripped jeans.
