TEASER OUT: Aamir Khan Is The ‘Dal Mein Tadka’ In Secret Superstar

Aamir Khan is currently in news for his upcoming film Dangal. But don’t underestimate his marketing skills, as with Dangal Aamir has given a sneak-peak of his production venture-Secret Superstar as well.

He posted a teaser of Secret Superstar few minutes back, with a caption, ‘To all those who complain that I come once in two years...’

Coming to the teaser, it looks quite interesting and we absolutely love the witty ending Aamir gives to the teaser. His look is definitely eye-catchy and something we have never seen Aamir don. In fact, while addressing a section of media today and talking about his look, Aamir said that he has never attempted such a get-up for any film.

Talking about his role in the film, Aamir said, ‘Main iss film mein woh hun jo daal ke liye tadka hota hai...’

Secret Superstar is a story of a small town girl (played by Aamir’s Dangal daughter Zaira Wasim) who wants to pursue her singing dreams. Her mother also wants the same, but her father who cruelly rips apart her guitar, is against her dreams. The only option she sees is to deceive her father and show the world her talent by wearing a hijaab while she posts videos of her songs on YouTube.

Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao are producing the film and it is slated to release on August 4, 2017. It is directed by Advait Chandan. Looking at Aamir’s enthusiasm about this film, we feel that it might just be an interesting one to hit the theatres.
