Thappad: Angad Bedi Misses Screening Of Taapsee Pannu, Dia Mirza Starrer; You Wouldn't Believe Dia's Reaction To It

Earlier this month, Angad Bedi went through knee surgery owing to an injury he incurred during an accident while shooting an action sequence. However, the actor is currently recuperating which was from an injury that sustained while shooting his next project. The actor busted his right knee and recently underwent surgery and is now he is resting. The actor keeps us posted with his recovery on his Instagram handle by sharing a few videos that are shot by his wife Neha Dhupia.
He had shared a video where he was seen taking baby steps, trying to walk with the support. There was another video of him and his daughter which was simply adorable. After his surgery, many stars and his friends paid a surprise visit including Kunal Kemmu, Rannvijay Singha, Gaurav Kapur and Sophie Choudhry. Well, the latest one to check on him is Dia Mirza. As she came to meet him, he shared a video saying that he couldn’t watch her film Thappad but assured to watch it soon.
Angad shared a boomerang video on his feed where Dia is seen giving a peck on his cheek. As she shared the video, he wrote in his caption section, “Thank you for coming D!!! @diamirzaofficial and all the very best for #thappad i have heard and read some really awesome reviews. Just a few day ago, Bedi’s co-star from Soorma and a close friend, Diljit Dosanjh also dropped by to check on him and on this happy moment, Angad shared a video on his Instagram handle which is recorded by his wife Neha Dhupia featuring Diljit where he called Angad ‘the real Soorma.’
Meanwhile, in early reviews, Dia Mirza is winning accolades for her film, Thappad which has hit the big screens today on February 28, 2020. While Bedi was last seen in The Zoya Factor and web show Inside Edge 2.
