Bollywood filmmaker Rhea Kapoor’s ambitious project The Crew has finally got its release date. Co-starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, the much-awaited comedy drama surrounding air hostesses is set to release this year in March. The three leading ladies of the film took to their official social media handles to share the first look teaser of their upcoming film, which has left the netizens gushing.
Taking to Instagram and sharing a snippet where they are seen walking through the airport dressed as air hostess’ in red uniforms with their backs to the camera along with their luggage. A voiceover set against the hit song ‘Choli Ke Peeche’ in the video states, “Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. Aaj ki flight mein aap sabka swagat hai. Humara crew aapka bahut khyaal rakhega, lekin aapse ek niwedhan hai ke apni choli tightly badle taaki dil bahar naa ghir jaaye.” The clip concludes by revealing that the movie will be released on March 29, 2024. As soon as the video was shared on Instagram, netizens and many Bollywood divas took to the comment section of the post to express their excitement. The Crew is all set to be produced by Ekta Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures Limited and Anil Kapoor Productions. Starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, Diljit Dosanjh, and others in pivotal roles, the movie is set to be directed by Rajesh Krishnan. Reportedly, the comedy film will focus on the airline industry, and the plot of the movie will revolve around the lives of three women who struggle and hustle every day in order to achieve their dreams. The movie will be released on March 29, 2024.
