Parineeti Chopra’s much-awaited film The Girl On The Train was finally dropped online. Ever since Pari's most-anticipated film released on Netflix, last Friday, she’s been feeling overwhelmed, grateful and emotional for the response she’s been receiving. This morning, the Ishaqzaade actress took to her social media and shared a picture of the gifts she received. Parineeti expressed her gratitude to her fans for showering her with so much love. A while back, Dilbar singer Neha Kakkar showered praises on Parineeti Chopra for her brilliant performance in The Girl On The Train.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Neha Kakkar shared a photo of her TV that has The Girl On The Train displayed. Lauding the actress and director the singer wrote, “Watched this one last night on @netflix_in. Parineeti Chopra wanna see you do moreeee films girl!! You’re freaking Good!! Neha Kakkar went on the shower praises of director Ribhu Dasgupta, she wrote, “Ribhu Dasgupta Genuinely loved the movie.”
Earlier speaking exclusively to us, Parineet had opened up on playing an Alcoholic wreck in the film. "I was completely sober throughout. Not a single Tequila shot. If Emily Blunt drank her way through the alcoholic’s character that’s impressive. If I took even one tequila shot I wouldn’t be able to concentrate on my work. I relied completely on my instincts. From Day 1 of the shooting, I knew I had made the right decision. I felt so much at home doing this film. I was able to finally do a genre that I was waiting for, and a film that offered me an opportunity to get away from my image, " she said.

On the work front, Parineeti Chopra will next be seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s directorial Animal opposite Ranbir Kapoor. This morning, the makers announced the release date of the film and it has booked Dusshera weekend for its big release. That apart, Pari also has Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar opposite Arjun Kapoor and Saina Nehwal biopic in the pipeline.
