Vaani Kapoor (BAD): Vaani landed herself in trouble for wearing a plunging crop-top that had the word ‘Ram’ written on it. Naturally, the actress ended up getting severely trolled and her woes didn’t end at that. A Mumbai resident Rama Sawant filed a complaint against the actress allegedly for religious sentiments.
Freida Pinto (GOOD): Slumdog Millionaire actress Freida Pinto got engaged to her photographer boyfriend Cory Tran. We were the first to bring you news of them being a couple. Now, the actress made it official by putting up pictures on social media.
Shivangi Joshi (BAD): We had exclusively told you that Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actors Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan have split in real life. While so far, they tried putting up a brave front for the sake of the show, it seems the cracks are visible to those on set. We learnt that the production team has assigned a new vanity ban to Mohsin who used to earlier share his van with Shivangi. Clearly, you can call these as break-up ke side effects.
Krystle Dsouza (GOOD): TV actress Krystle Dsouza bagged a plum deal. After Kriti Kharbanda marked an exit from Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi starrer Chehre, Krystle got finalised as her replacement.
Shabana Azmi (BAD): Senior actress Shabana Azmi’s mother Shaukat Kaifi passed away at 93 due to age-related illness. Bollywood gathered to pay their last respects. May her soul rest in peace.
Satarupa Pyne (UGLY): The Calendar Girls actress Satarupa Pyne filed a police complaint against producer of the web show D-code, Roshan Garry for non-payment of dues and harassment on set. Things got uglier for the lady as even ULLU App sent Roshan a legal notice for the same.
Deepika Padukone (GOOD): One of the highest paid actresses at the moment, Deepika Padukone has turned co-producer with films like ’83 and Chhapaak. The next on her list is said to be a dark romantic drama with Karan Johar. Well, the actress will also be starring in the film, state reports.
Monika Bhadoriya (BAD): It’s quite unfortunate to see actors quitting the popular show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. After Disha Vakani aka Dayaben, Bhavya Gandhi aka Tappu and Nidhi Bhanushali aka Sonu, actress Monika Bhadoriya who played Bawri bid goodbye to the show after 6 years.
Kamya Punjabi (GOOD): TV actress Kamya Punjabi and her businessman boyfriend Shalabh Dang are soon set to take the plunge. They officially announced that they will be tying the knot in Feb next year. Congratulations are on the way!
Manish Malhotra (BAD): Bollywood favourite fashion designer Manish Malhotra’s father Suraj Prakash Malhotra passed away on Nov 18. He had been unwell since some time and was in his early 90s. Our heartfelt condolences to the family.
