The Sky Is Pink: Priyanka Chopra And Farhan Akhtar Have Epic Reactions To Maharashtra Police’s Warning Against Robbery
Priyanka Chopra is making her Bollywood comeback (well, sort of) with The Sky Is Pink, the trailer of which was released yesterday. It also stars Farhan Akhtar, Zaira Wasim, and others. While the trailer received positive reviews from the audiences, Maharashtra police picked up a particular scene from the film to issue a warning to netizens. Priyanka and Farhan reacted to this light-hearted jib/warning on social media and made everyone laugh.

Maharashtra police picked up a scene where Priyanka tells Farhan that she will help him rob a bank once their daughter is fine. All in good humor, but Maharashtra police didn’t take it lightly and put up a post on Twitter that read, “Seven years imprisonment with fine under IPC Section 393 #ColoursOfLaw #TheSkyIsPink @priyankachopra @FarOutAkhtar.” Priyanka was the first one to respond to this as she tweeted, “Oops caught red handed… time to activate Plan B @FarOutAkhtar!#TheSkyIsPink.”

Farhan too took notice of this and he replied saying, “Hahaha never planning heists on camera again @priyankachopra #TheSkyIsPinkTrailer.” Lol! We like how Maharashtra Police keeps up with the trend to raise awareness.

The Sky Is Pink is a story about a girl who is diagnosed with life-threatening disease Busulfan Lung Disorder. Priyanka and Farhan play parents to this girl played by Zaira. Due to financial shortfalls, the couple finds it difficult to raise money for their daughter’s treatment. Directed by Shonali Bose, the film will hit the screens on October 11. Zaira who has quit Bollywood may not be available for the promotions.
