Kangana Ranaut seems to be in a good mood today. The Haryanavi beauty decided to give a sneak peek of what all she eats in a day.  And much to our surprise the Panga actress follows a very basic diet and doesn’t include anything that is fancy or difficult to get your hands on. She begins her day with a glass of water followed by one cup of tea with normal sugar, soaked almonds and raisins, she further shares sticking to local food. She likes to eat food that her mother gave her during her growing up days. 

She tweeted, “Some people want to know what I eat in a day will take you through my day as and when I eat see if it helps with weight or immunity, I start my day with a glass of water( too much water is overrated)then in sometime I take one Kadak chai with normal sugar+soaked almonds +raisins”. Also sharing that she is likely to suffer acidity hence she consumes soaked raisins. Followed by having coconut, fresh lime or butter milk; she shares that she follows this diet when she is not working.  

In her following tweet she shared, “Look I am not very fancy with my diet, I like to eat what my mom raised me on, mostly local food,I tend to have high pitta, chai/coffee not good for me, to compensate for acidic tea I take alkaline raisins(soaked), people with high pitta might benefit from my diet.”

Also keeping in mind the space constraint in Mumbai, where one can hardly indulge in some kind of physical activity, she believes in practicing yoga and meditates and sticks to fruit instead of cooked meals for breakfast.
