Alia Bhatt in an old interview had opened up about Ranbir Kapoor’s past love affairs
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are speculated to tie the knot this month in the presence of their family members and close friends. Reportedly, the couple will get married on April 17 at RK Bungalow in Chembur, and preparations for the same have begun. Amidst this, an old interview of Alia wherein she had talked about Ranbir’s past relationships had gone viral. Back in 2019, the Raazi actress had opened up about Ranbir’s 'troubled past' and their marriage.
In an interview with Filmfare, Alia had spilled the beans on Ranbir’s past relationships and said, “How does it matter? It’s part of someone’s life and who cares. Aur main thodi na kam hoon (I too have a past).” Talking about her marriage plans, the actress back then had said ‘marriage wasn't in her bandwidth’ and that there’s ‘too much happening in terms of work and life.’ Alia also sang praises for the Rockstar actor and called him a ‘gem.’ She explained that he is not a 'difficult' person in fact he is a supremely simple person.
“He’s such a nice human being that I wish I was as good as him. As an actor, as a person, as everything. He’s way better a person than I am. And about getting married? Well, that’s the only thing that’s irritating right now. Every morning I wake up to the news that I’m getting married. I tell him what the hell. I guess he’s used to it,” Alia was quoted saying. Meanwhile, as per the latest report in Etimes, Ranbir and Alia’s wedding festivities will commence from April 13-14 onward and will go on for three to four days with ceremonies following the Punjabi traditions. A source revealed that Chembur- the wedding venue is already in the process of being decked up for the big day.
