Tulsi Kumar Blessed With A Baby Boy, Names Him Shivaay

Tulsi Kumar, who is the voice behind melodies like Tum Jo Aaye (Once Upon A Time In Mumbai) and Piya Aaye Na (Aashiqui 2), Salamat (Sarabjit ) among others has been blessed with a baby boy. She took to Facebook to announce the good news. Tulsi has named her baby boy, Shivaay.



Last month, she had revealed that she and husband Hitesh Ralhan are all set to become parents and her baby is due in January 2018.

She had tweeted, “Soon to be Blessed with God's Grace in One Sweet Little Face Ecstatic to share this wonderful news with u all - Love Tulsi n Hitesh  #parentstobe Pic credit @praveenbhat.”


The singer had recently released a single Ik Yaad Purani which features her sister Khushali Kumar and Jashan Singh. The single was composed by Toshi Sharib and has garnered a great response from the listeners.

Recently, Tulsi also announced a film institute in her father’s name Gulshan Kumar Film & Television Institute Of India. Vidya Balan was also there at the launch of the institute in Noida. Back then, Tulsi had said, "GKFTII is going to be a one stop hub for filmmaking courses across the country. It is going to provide everyone and upcoming filmmakers with an opportunity to learn and groom their talent. With everyone's blessing, I hope GKFTII will be one of a kind in India, and then within the world.”

Tulsi married Hitesh Ralhan in February 2015 in Jaipur. The reception was held in Mumbai which was attended by many B-Town stars including Akshay Kumar, Sridevi, Jacqueline Fernandez and many others.
