Twinkle Khanna Is NOT SORRY For Her Comments On Open Defecation

Last weekend, Twinkle Khanna posted a picture of a man
defecating early in the morning on the beach. In her inimitable style, she took
to social media to share a selfie with that in the background. She captioned
the picture as: "Good morning and I guess here is the first scene of
Toilet Ek Prem Katha part 2 #WhenYourWalkGoesDownTheToilet (sic)."
Soon, Twinkle was trolled. Her tweet came at a point when
Mumbai got re-validated as an Open Defecation Free city (ODF) by the Quality
Council of India (QCI), a Union government affiliated agency, on July 6 -
which is last month. It appears that Twinkle’s tweet seemed to contradict the
government’s stand.
However, Twinkle isn't someone who takes things lying
down. She lambasted the trolls, retorting, “I found the timing ironical with
ToiletEPK’s release and the OD free certification-If you see the sardonicism in
it-fine!If not-so be it (sic)."
