Twinkle Khanna Says Future Is A 'Battered Road', Gets Emotional As Husband Akshay Kumar Recuperates From COVID-19 In A Mumbai Hospital
Akshay Kumar tested positive for COVID-19 a few days ago. This was followed by the news of being moved to a hospital in Mumbai for COVID-19 treatment, and his fans were left worried. Today his better half, actress-turned-author Twinkle Khanna dropped a video along with a poem penned by her in the caption. This poem indicated the uncertain times the world is going through. She shared a video of her morning, and one can see the actress placing a cup on the table as she sat down in her garden.

Speaking about her day, she mentioned about the rain water left over in the pothole, leading to not-so-good roads that stretch for long distances as far as one can see. But just to keep ourselves going, one can recall good memories from the past. Here she gave an example of paper boats that everyone of us must have made to sail in the water puddles during the monsoon. Fans commented on this post and asked her about Akshay Kumar’s health update and praised her for her poetic skills.

She wrote in her Instagram caption, “A series of todays. All the same. Leftover rainwater in a pothole. The future, a battered road that stretches as far as the eye can see. What else can we do to delight the heart except float paper boats of the past across these stagnant puddles.”

Akshay Kumar had just begun shooting for his next Ram Setu when he tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday. Besides him, 45 junior artists who were about to join the Ram Setu team also tested positive for Coronavirus.
