Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant went through a traumatic and near-death experience during the last week of December 2022. He barely escaped after his car caught on fire after it crashed into a road divider while he was travelling to his hometown, from Delhi. Actress Urvashi Rautela, who has been linked to him for quite some time, posted a cryptic post on Instagram. Now, her mother took to social media to wish for his speedy recovery.
Meera Rautela took to Instagram to prey for his recovery. While addressing the social media trolling, she wrote in Hindi that keeping the rumours aside, she hopes that he gets recovers quickly so that he can return to International cricket and glorify the name of Uttarakhand. Soon the post went viral as fans took it upon themselves to remind her that she should have called him ‘damad (son-in-law)’. Many said that since now Pant has his ‘saasu maa’s (mother-in-law’s)’ blessings he will recuperate soon. For the unversed, Rishabh suffered from cuts on his forehead and a ligament tear in his right knee.
One commented, “Now brother Rishabh will get well, after all mother-in-law has also asked for blessings. For the unversed, it all started when, in an interview, Urvashi revealed that a man named RP had waited for hours on end in a hotel lobby just to meet her. Rishabh had then indirectly pointed at the actress through a social media post and told her to stop lying for attention. It was later revealed that the man Urvashi was talking about was Tamil star Ram Pothineni.
