Rising Bollywood star Vaani Kapoor is keen to share her learnings on how to lead a healthy and nutritious life through her social media. The fit, gorgeous actress will be looking to engage with real people and share her tips on how to stay fit despite being in a constant high-pressure environment.
Vaani, who has always caught people’s eyeballs because of her drop-dead gorgeous body, is starting to share her diet plans, gym routines, tricks to lead a balanced lifestyle, etc on her social media. She plans to build some unique social media properties in the near future and keep connecting with like-minded people who want to constantly elevate their fitness game.
Vaani reveals her plans saying, “I genuinely believe in holistic healing. It helps create a balance in our thoughts which eventually proceeds being our actions concerning our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical being. I’m constantly trying to learn more about living a healthy, happy life and would be most happy if I can share my learnings with people, converse with them and learn more from their knowledge on nutrition and health.”
Workwise, Vaani is super busy. She has three back to back releases - Bell Bottom, Shamshera and Chadigarh Kare Aashiqui. Talking about the same, she earlier said, "“It is remarkable that I have three back-to-back releases in three months. So, I’m mentally preparing myself for an intensely hectic work schedule when I will promote Bellbottom, Shamshera, and Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui back to back. I don’t think I will have a single minute for myself for the next five months and I’m not complaining about that.”
