Sam Bahadur: Vicky Kaushal-Starrer Based On The Life Of Sam Manekshaw To Go On Floors In 2022 -Report
Vicky Kaushal starrer Sam Bahadur was supposed to go on floors this year. But now, it has been pushed to 2022.
Vicky Kaushal has interesting projects in his kitty. One of his films many are looking forward to is a film based on the war hero Sam Manekshaw, titled 'Sam Bahadur'. The movie was supposed to go on floors by the end of this year. However, as per a latest report in ETimes, Sam Bahadur is not happening this year. The movie will start sometime in 2022 but the exact month has not been decided yet.
The report further states that the film is not so easy to put together and the COVID phase has delayed the preparations. The report also says, "Ronnie and Meghna have firmly decided that they will go ahead with it after everything has been put in place. That's going to take a few months from now."
Vicky Kaushal plays the titular role in the film and it is going to be directed by Meghnaz Gulzar. The film's title was unveiled on the birthday anniversary of Sam Manekshaw this year. Sharing the announcement video, Vicky wrote, "The man. The legend. The brave heart. Our Samबहादुर... On the other hand, Vicky has been in the news lately for his wedding rumours with Katrina Kaif. As reported by ETimes, Vicky and Katrina are set to tie the knot in the first week of December. The report also states that their wedding will take place in Rajasthan.
