Last night, Bollywood stars were in full attendance at
the HT Most Stylish Awards 2018. The fashion extravaganza was at its peak when
an extremely sweet moment took place between Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.
Here’s what happened:
Deepika and Sanjay arrived at the red carpet
co-incidentally at the same time. While they took a second to give each other
way, but in no time a ‘pehle aap’ scene took place between the two. Sanjay
Dutt, out of courtesy wanted Deepika to go ahead and Deepika out of seniority
wanted Dutt to take on the red carpet first.(Check the video above)
Well, now isn’t that a moment worth a watch!
Talking about the awards nite, well, it was all about
Padmaavat. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali magnum opus hits theatres today and
everyone was gung-ho about it at the awards function too.
While celebrities praised the film to no ends, most of
them were just happy and satisfied that the film is making it to the big
screen.
Deepika Padukone, at the event, said, “I am very happy
that the film is getting positive reaction from everyone. It is a big day for
us as the film has gone through a lot. Thanks to everyone who supported us.
Now, it’s time to repay those with our work and also to celebrate.”
Meanwhile, Shahid said, “Bohot lamba wait kiya hai hum
ne. But we are happy that critics have given it thumbs up. This is what we were
trying to convey since a long time that watch the film first and then judge
it.”
Well, seems like it is victory for Team Padmaavat,
finally!
