Vidya beats Deepika to bag Kahaani 2
Sujoy Ghosh is back with a new story for the sequel to his 2012 hit film with his favourite heroine
Recently, Vidya Balan had hinted that she’d be teaming up with her director buddy for a new project after Te3N (which will see her in a cameo), which she hoped would be Kahaani 2. It’s indeed Kahaani 2!

The actress and Sujoy, who were earlier expected to team up on Durga Rani Singh, will now roll out a new kahaani this April.
The details of the film are still under wraps but Vidya has given the nod to the project, which will go on floors in April.
Not too long ago, Sujoy was in talks with Deepika Padkone to head the film (Deepika in Kahaani 2, 22 December ). We wonder how Deepika is feeling about Vidya's sudden inclusion.
