Vidyut Jammwal Confirms Engagement To Fashion Designer Nandita Mahtani; Says He 'Did It The Commando Way'
Owing to a personal loss - that of his best friend, actor Sidharth Shukla, Vidyut Jammwal delayed the announcement of the big news.

Jammwal and fashion designer Nandita Mahtani are now officially engaged and the former pulled off a memorable proposal. Jammwal, who is an army kid, decided to make the proposal special by slipping a ring on her finger while both were rappelling down a 150-metre high wall at a military camp close to Agra.
After they were officially engaged, they headed to The Taj Mahal. Owing to a personal loss - that of his best friend, actor Sidharth Shukla, Jammwal delayed the announcement of the big news.
Vidyut took the news of his engagement to social media, in the caption space he wrote, “Did it the COMMANDO way. 01/09/2021”
As soon as the actor posted pictures of his proposal, his comment section was flooded with heart emojis. His fans and friends from the industry dropped loads of hearts and wished the couple good luck.
The pair’s picture from their recent Agra trip had gone viral on social media. Vidyut Jammwal recently gained critical acclaim for his role in the 2020 action thriller film ‘Khuda Haafiz’. Talking of Nandita Mahtani, she runs the social network named Playground with actor Dino Morea. The two had been rumoured to be dating for a while now.
Work-wise, Vidyut Jammwal has been busy shooting for the film ‘Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II’. He recently gave a heartfelt tribute to his best friend, the late Sidharth Shukla after his untimely demise on September 2.
