Super Dancer Chapter 4: Amit, Spriha And Anish Get Evicted; Florina Gogoi Becomes The Highest-Voted Contestant
Super Dancer Chapter 4 contestants Amit, Spriha and Anish have been eliminated from the show. Meanwhile, Florina Gogoi secured the highest votes.
The popular dance reality show 'Super Dancer Chapter 4’ has managed to keep viewers hooked and entertained, thanks to contestants' power-packed performances and of course starry appearances. In the latest episode, we saw Amit, Spriha, and Anish get eliminated from the show as they received less number of votes and lower scores from the judges. Host Rithvik Dhanjani announced that after summing up the scores given by the judges and the number of votes, Amit, Spriha, and Anish were evicted.
During their stint on the show, the three had given many stunning performances. Yesterday, the first act was performed by Amit and Amardeep on the song ‘Yahi Pyar hai.’ They left judges super impressed. In fact Sanjay Dutt, who was the special guest of the evening called Amit a 'superstar.'
Aneesh and his Super Guru Akash also gave a scintillating performance on the song ‘Rocky Mera Naam’. This was followed by Spriha and her super Guru Sanam’s performance. All the three eliminated contestants managed to impress judges and Sanjay Dutt with their dancing prowess.
Notably, Florina along with her guru Tushar Shetty stole the show as they performed on the foot-tapping number ‘Tamma Tamma’. Shilpa Shetty praised the perfection in the performance and gave them a seedhi ovation. Anurag Basu called Florina one of the best dancers in the country, and Geeta Kapur gave them a 'Sajda' ovation.
Florina Gogoi, who has been consistently giving terrific performances, was declared the highest-voted contestant - summing up the votes the show gathered in three weeks. Florina aka Flow's daughter-father relationship with her guru, Tushar Shetty and her innocence have earned her a huge fan following. SDC4 promos featuring FloTus (the jodi name for Florina and Tushar) have the maximum engagement on Instagram.
As far as the votes are concerned, Florina was followed by Pruthviraj and Sanchit, respectively.
The weekend episode saw contestants performing on chartbuster numbers of Sanjay Dutt. The actor got emotional, as he received heartfelt tributes from the contestants and said, “I have no words but, I would like to say just one thing. In life, I've never really earned money but, earned a lot of love, friends and received the strength to face hurdles.”
