Vidyut Jammwal REACTS To Being Compared To Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff: ‘I’m The Top Martial Artist In The World’
In a recent interview, Vidyut Jammwal talks about his comparison to his contemporaries, Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Aditya Roy Kapur
Well, speak of the action heroes of Bollywood and the list will be incomplete without mentioning Vidyut Jammwal. He is known for taking action a notch higher in his action-packed movies. Vidyut is often being compared to his contemporaries and fellow action stars like Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff, and Aditya Roy Kapur. In a recent interview, he opened up about this comparison and called himself “the top martial artist in the world.”
Speaking to Film Companion, the Khuda Haafiz actor was asked how he makes sure that he sets himself apart from other action stars in the industry. Replying to this, he said although Hrithik, Tiger, and Aditya are "great action stars he is the top martial artist in the world". Vidyut was quoted as saying, “All the gentlemen you’ve referred to are great action stars but I’m the top martial artist in the world. Officially. I work all the time — whether I’m sleeping, or awake — I’m in awareness and that’s how I hone my skills. Sometimes, people compare me to Jackie Chan or Tony Jaa or other legendary people. It’s amazing that they compare me to the best. It’s like saying, ‘Vidyut, you’re as good as Michael Jackson when you move. Wow.’ So for that, you’ve got to be aware all the time.” ALSO READ: WOW! Vidyut Jammwal is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Khuda Haafiz Chapter 2: Agnipariksha, which is the second installment of his film franchise Khuda Haafiz. The movie also stars Shivaleeka Oberoi in a lead role and will hit the theatres on July 8, 2022. Vidyut, who made his Bollywood debut with John Abraham’s Force, is best known for his action roles in the Commando film series.
