Amidst the rising positive Coronavirus cases in the city, actor Vikrant Massey confirmed he has tested positive for COVID-19. Deepika Padukone’s Chhapaak co-star informed his fans about his health via a post on social media. Massey mentioned that he is in self-quarantine. In the past few weeks, several Bollywood celebrities have tested positive for Coronavirus. After many Bollywood celebrities, Vikrant got added to the list. The actor shared that despite the necessary precautions on shoot, he contracted the deadly virus.
On Instagram, Vikrant Massey made the post and wrote, “Despite necessary precautions on shoot, I have tested COVID positive. In self-quarantine. Requesting all those who’ve come in close contact with me in last few days, to get yourself tested, ASAP. I am taking the prescribed medications and adequate rest and currently doing fine. Urging everyone to do the basic rights and step out of your homes, ONLY IF NECESSARY.” The actor advised everyone who have come in close contact with him, to get themselves tested for the virus, ASAP. He mentioned he is taking the prescribed medications and adequate rest. Vikrant shared that he is currently doing fine, giving his fans a health update.
