B-Town’s powerhouse actress Alia Bhatt is rumoured to get married to her actor boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor this week. According to several media reports, the couple, who has been dating for a few years now, will exchange wedding vows in an intimate ceremony on April 14. While their fans are very happy and excited to see Ranbir-Alia as a married couple, a few die-hard fans of the actress are left heartbroken. And, expressing similar sentiments, digital content creator Nick Lotia, known as beyounick on social media, turned Kabir Singh for Alia.
Taking to his Instagram account, Nick Lotia shared a video wherein he is seen running barefoot on the busy road, behind a car that has a placard 'Alia Weds Ranbir' written on it. In the clip, that has gone viral on social media, the popular digital creator, clad in a white kurta-pyjama and a cap, re-enacted a scene from Shahid Kapoor’s blockbuster movie Kabir Singh. In the said scene, Shahid aka Kabir Singh runs behind the car after his love Preethi played by Kiara, married someone else and she was going away with him in the car.
The viral video also showed a picture of Nick with Alia but later it gets replaced with a picture of Alia and Ranbir. The clip also has the song ‘Tu Meri Hai Meri Hi Rahegi’ playing in the background. Sharing the clip, Beyounick wrote, “Me on 17th April (broken heart emoji) … #aliabhatt #ranbirkapoor #feelitreelit #feelkaroreelkaro #heartbreak #newreel #kabirsingh.” Notably, Alia was quick to take note of this video and commented, ‘Ded’ and added a smiley. Meanwhile, Alia’s half-brother, Rahul Bhatt in an interview with Etimes confirmed the wedding news of Alia and Ranbir. He revealed that he is invited to the wedding and he will be attending it. Rahul was quoted saying, “Yes, the wedding is happening and I have been invited. I will be there for the ceremonies. However, I am not going to sing and dance. I am a gym instructor by profession and I will be there in the capacity of a bouncer (laughs!). I will be the rakshak at the wedding.”
