The Kashmir Files director Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri has hit back at south superstar Prakash Raj calling him ‘Andhkar Raj’ after the latter criticised his film. The filmmaker had a rather harsh response to the actor-turned-politician’s statements and said that his film has given "sleepless nights to urban naxals".
For the unversed, Prakash Raj recently mocked the filmmaker’s claims of the film having a stake at winning an Oscar, and called it a ‘nonsense film’. The celebrated Singham actor was recently seen attending the Mathrubhumi International Festival of Letters in Kerala where he also pointed out that the jury spits on them while adding that the makers have invested around Rs. 2000 crore. He said, "The Kashmir Files is one of the nonsense films, but we know who produced it. Shameless. International jury spit on them. They are still shameless. The other fellow, the director is still telling, `Why I am not getting Oscar?` He will not even get a Bhaskar."
