WAR Trailer Launch: Hrithik Roshan And Tiger Shroff's Film Event Gets Cancelled; Director Reveals Why
It is a norm to hold a trailer launch event for any film ahead of its release. However, the makers of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's film War scrapped the event and launched the teaser online.
Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff coming together for a film is one great news. The two have collaborated for a film called War. Being produced by YRF, the trailer of this action-drama was launched recently. The teaser was launched online and now we are waiting for the trailer. Generally, filmmakers do make a big deal of a trailer launch and call media folks for interaction with stars. But that may not happen with War despite it being such a big film. Director Siddharth Anand revealed that an event was being planned and that too on a very grand scale but it has been cancelled.
PTI quoted him as saying, "Yes, this information is accurate. The team tried to create a visual spectacle for the trailer launch but no matter how big the plans were, the event was not being able to match the scale of the film. An event for a film like this needs to be at par with what we are promising to audiences and it’s impossible to create this spectacle from an event logistics point of view. So, we have decided to scrap the idea of the launch and want to leave audiences with only the visuals of the trailer. We are very excited about the trailer. It’s a big asset and we are hoping audiences will love what they see!" Okay then!
Talking about War, the film will see Vaani Kapoor as the female lead opposite these two handsome hunks. The teaser got everyone intrigued and fans are looking forward to seeing some mind-blowing stunts by the stars.
