A lot of hard work has gone into creating Gaurav Chandna, the 25-year-old character played by Shah Rukh Khan in Maneesh Sharma’s Fan.

The makers have released a video (above) of SRK’s amazing transformation for the role. It involved a gruelling make-up session by Hollywood make-up genius Greg Cannom. A straightened eyebrow, small nose, narrow shoulders -- SRK’s entire look was changed. The actor hated the whole process but promised, “I will not get angry”.
Greg gave SRK Brad Pitt’s cheeks and said: “I was looking at all the head sculptures of actors in my office when I came across Brad’s. He is really very good-looking, but has an unusual cheek structure. So I tried it on Gaurav.”
