Amitabh Bachchan and Farhan Akhtar’s upcoming film Wazir director Bejoy Nambiar married actress-girlfriend Sheetal Menon on December 25.
The wedding took place at Kairali Heritage in Kerala and was a low-key affair with only close friends and family members in attendance.
When contacted this morning, Bejoy confirmed the news saying that even now they’re in Kerala and plan to return to Mumbai on January 1.
Bejoy first met Sheetal on the sets of Rahu in 2008 and the two fell in love while shooting for Shaitan. The duo was in a steady relationship for the last 7 years.
This is Bejoy’s second marriage – he had tied the knot with Raj Babbar’s daughter Juhi in 2007 but the duo parted ways after 2 years. Juhi is now married to Crime Patrol host Anoop Soni.
