Actor Gauahar Khan and her husband Zaid Darbar have embraced parenthood bliss for the first time as they welcomed a baby boy. The couple was blessed with their first child, a baby boy on May 10 and they are currently spending time with their little munchkin. Interestingly, Gauahar, who had put on some weight during pregnancy, has lost10 kgs of her postpartum weight within just 10 days of her delivery. Surprised right? So do fans!
The new mommy shared a mirror selfie of herself, leaving fans surprised with her quick transformation. Taking to her Instagram stories, Gauahar posted a smiling photo of her where she flaunted her post-pregnancy glow. She looked pretty in a cream-hued night suit and left her hair open. It was her quick body transformation that left everyone's jaws dropped. Alongside the selfie, the actor wrote, “Lost 10 kgs in 10 days postpartum! Meanwhile, Gauahar on the occasion of Mother’s Day, gave fans a first glimpse of her newborn boy as she posted a picture of her, showing her baby boy sleeping peacefully with his head resting on his mommy's shoulder. In the caption, she revealed that she had zero energy left to prepare for a glam look for her first picture with her son. Her caption read, “So it’s past 12 am , past 1 day of my first Mother’s Day as a New MoM , n yes I didn’t have the energy to be glammed up for my first post as a Mother too , but boy , am I grateful!!!!!!! Alhamdulillah, for everything and everyone who made it sooooooooooo special for me . Just holding my baby is my best gift from Allah.”
For the unversed, Gauahar Khan and choreographer Zaid Darbar got married in 2020 in an intimate ceremony at ITC Maratha, Mumbai. For the nikaah ceremony, the actress wore an ivory sharara suit while Darbar complimented her in a sherwani. Not many know that Zaid is the son of a popular Bollywood music composer Ismail Darbar.
